Self Managed Software

Register invoices. Track support workers. Claim from the NDIA. Pay providers.

A dedicated workspace for NDIS participants who self-manage — not a stripped-down provider system. One subscription, one participant (you). Register tax invoices, store support-worker bank details, record NDIA claim references, and pay providers after reimbursement.

A$33/month inc. GST. Under current NDIS guidelines this subscription may be claimable against your NDIS plan funding — see funding notes or confirm with your LAC.

Money & claims — step by step

Receive provider invoices, agree amounts, submit claims in myplace, record NDIA pay-in, then pay support workers. The Self-Managed app mirrors what auditors expect — without provider-level clutter.

  • Receive invoice — log the tax invoice and attach the PDF
  • Agree & approve — confirm amounts before claiming
  • Submit to NDIA — record claim reference from myplace
  • Pay provider — use bank details on the support worker card

Five-step workflow · live counts · NDIA claim tracking. Click to play.

What you get

Built for invoice tracking and NDIA claims

Four focused areas — no support notes, no worker compliance matrices, no onboarding wizards.

Provider invoices

Register every tax invoice from your support workers. Attach PDFs, mark agreed, record NDIA submission dates and references, then mark paid when you transfer funds.

  • Internal reference per invoice (SM-00001…)
  • Attach PDF copies of provider tax invoices
  • Status: received → agreed → NDIA → paid
  • Record NDIA submission dates & claim references
  • Filter and open any invoice for your records

Support worker cards

Store each provider’s ABN, email, phone, and bank account so paying them after NDIA reimbursement takes seconds — not a hunt through emails.

  • Display name and legal name
  • ABN, email & phone on each card
  • BSB and account number on file
  • Linked to invoices for payment trail
  • Pay after NDIA reimbursement without hunting emails

Money & claims hub

One screen shows where every invoice sits in the workflow — how many need your review, how many are with the NDIA, and how much is in progress.

  • Five-step workflow with live counts
  • See what needs review vs with the NDIA
  • Outstanding amounts at a glance
  • Shortcuts to invoices, workers, guide & bank
  • Built for invoice tracking — not provider ops

Not a provider system

Purpose-built for self-managers

Guardian Desk for providers handles dozens of participants, support notes, compliance matrices, and invoices you issue to plan managers. Self Managed Software is built for the opposite: invoices you receive, claims you submit, and providers you pay.

  • One participant record — you
  • Provider invoice register with PDFs
  • Support worker payment cards
  • NDIA claim references on every invoice

NDIS funding eligibility

Under current NDIS guidelines, software subscriptions used to administer your NDIS plan — including tracking invoices and preparing NDIA claims — may be claimable against your plan funding. Depending on how your plan is structured, this typically falls under Improved Life Choices or Capacity Building categories.

Eligibility depends on your plan structure and decisions made by the NDIA or your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Guardian Desk Pty Ltd does not guarantee NDIS funding eligibility — please confirm with your LAC before subscribing.
