This product is clinical: dated SOAP notes, goals and outcomes, capacity-building reports, and psychology/counselling documents. You can buy it on its own, or add Clinical to a provider plan.

Can I sell or subscribe to this without Support Notes?

Yes. Tick only the Behaviour Practitioners features on a Clinical product plan. Support Notes, roster, and SIL stay hidden. Participant and worker registers can still be included so you can run a standalone practice.

What note format do you use?

SOAP — Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan — dated per session, with capacity-building focus, linked NDIS goals, and a session outcome. Voice dictation and optional audio recording are available when included on the plan.

Which documents can I create?

Informed consent for psychological services, initial assessment, treatment plan, NDIS capacity-building progress and plan-review reports, discharge, safety plan, and GP correspondence — plus existing Guardian Desk templates such as service agreement, privacy consent, and clinical risk assessment.
